The BIM Troublemaker blog is one that I follow regularly. This guy is always looking for new and creative ways to push the boundaries of 3D family models. In his latest exploit, he models a fantastic spring within Revit. "Why?" you may ask. Well, why not?!

At the end of the blog post there are even links to the actual family models, so you can play along with the files. That's why we like this blog so much.

The Team over at goBIM have an application for the iPhone which works in conjunction with a Revit Exporter, to load basic files onto your phone. This is going to be a real productivity tool for designers, project managers and contractors.
